These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the Service immediately.

About Speed Nikah 

Speed Nikah is a matrimonial platform designed exclusively for adults (18+). It is not a dating app and strictly adheres to ethical matchmaking principles.

Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least at the minimum required age provided by Indian law.
2. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 

If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to use the Service.

Registration:

To register with SPEED NIKAH you need to have a valid email ID for sign up.

You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of the profile details you searched on SPEED NIKAH. You are not authorized to share details of other member profiles with anyone.

You are only responsible for all the activities conducted on your account.

Refund Policy:

Premium membership you have to pay Rs.349 for registration which is valid for 6 months. 

Fees once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.

Acceptance of Policies.

You can use our services for your marriage purpose and not for commercial or other purposes.

You should respect other members when you interact with them.

You should comply with Indian laws when interacting with other members. SPEED NIKAH do not check your background activities.

If there is any misbehavior from your side you are only responsible for it.

If there are any police cases because of your misbehavior you are solely responsible for it and SPEED NIKAH will not have any responsibility and will not interfere in these cases under any circumstances.

You should not give false information about you and your family. You are responsible for maintaining trustworthiness in your profile.

You should not harass or threaten other members on SPEED NIKAH.

You should not post or share illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Child Safety & Eligibility Standards

Age Requirement 

• Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to register and use the app. 

• We do not allow minors (below 18) to create accounts or access any features. 

Content & User Safety 

• We do not promote or allow explicit, inappropriate, or misleading content. 

• Any profile violating our guidelines will be removed immediately. 

Parental Guidance & Protection 

• As this platform is for adults only, parental guidance is not required. 

• If a minor is found using the app, we encourage parents to report such accounts for immediate removal. 

Data Privacy & Security 

• We comply with data protection laws and do not collect any personal information from minors. 

• Users must verify their identity to maintain a secure environment. 

Reporting & Moderation 

• We provide a reporting system to flag suspicious or inappropriate activities. 

• Our moderation team actively monitors and reviews reported content.

If there is any misbehavior from your side to any of our members and we get any complaint about you, we will delete your account permanently and a refund of fees will not be done at any conditions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the  Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator. The arbitration will take place in India, and the decision will be final and binding.

Updation of the terms and conditions:

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
