Our aim is to assist to marry ordinary and poor class of people among the Muslim community in Kerala and nearby states. As a website and mobile application dedicated to Muslim community, we always strike to meet the Sharia and Indian laws prevailing in India. Our goal is to simplify the Muslim marriages. In the hope that you are prudent enough to understand our privacy policy we present our privacy policy as under. The privacy policy outlines how SPEED NIKAH collects, discloses and transfers personal information of users through its website and mobile application. Your privacy is our priority and we are committed to protecting your personal information.

SPEED NIKAH collects either copy of Driving License, Aadhar, or Passport to verify who you are. This information we will not share it anybody without your prior permission. We manually verify each and every profile after your submission to avoid fake and fraudulent profiles. 

For accessing other members to your profile, we collect your name and address, contact number and photo. Our services let you share your personal information with other members and you have control over how you share your information. Uploading your photo is just optional. Remember, when you share your information publicly, your content may become accessible to other members and search engines like google. We do not share your information with other companies, organizations or individuals without your prior consent. By registering with us, you have given permission to other members to access your profile and collect whatever personal informations you have uploaded on our website.

Further, we use third-party intervention to complete online transaction. The payment of registration fee will be entertained by Razorpay and any other third party SPEED NIKAH collaborates with in future. While we make every effort to keep your account safe and secure, the risk of your account being misused due to any discrepancy on your end is high, including the sharing of passwords and credit card information without the company's direct involvement. As a result, any changes made during this mishap are entirely your responsibility, and SPEED NIKAH will not be held liable for them.

We have informed you that SPEED NIKAH is just a muslim matrimony website and not a dating website or mobile app. We will monitor your activities on SPEED NIKAH and if we find that some wrongful or suspicious activities are going through from your side, we may take action against you and close your account without further intimation. We will regularly review the profile datas to ensure compliance with privacy standards

When you use a device to access the Platform, we may collect technical or other related information from the device. To the extent permitted by law, we may record and monitor your communications with us to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations, as well as our internal policies.
